A&J Australia is looking for dynamic self-starting individuals to join our team, At our facility based in Wetherill park N.S.W.
Looking for Day shift 8 am to 4 pm, Afternoon shift from 4 pm to 12 am and Night shift from 12am to 8am, 5 days a week.
**Your main responsibilities will include**:
- Sorting of plastic bottles for Grinding
- Understand the different types of Materials when grinding bottles
- Sort out good bottles from bad when grinding
- Sorting packaging materials Cardboard trays, boxes before throwing out for recycling
- Relief on lunch breaks when needed, And process lines
- Work area cleaning and Site cleaning and general maintenance on grinders
- Ensure full compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Understand the Operations of Grinding machinery and Conveyors
- Where required, raise any safety hazards or issues with the team and a member of the management
- Forklift licence is needed to move pallets at times
- Has sufficient strength for lifting. Physically strong
**To be considered for this role, you must**:
- Be safety conscious
- Be able to work within a small team and alone
- Production line and/or process line experience desired but not necessary
**Salary**:
- Day shift: starts at 8 a.m. and ends at 4 p.m. The hourly wage is A$32.
- Afternoon shift: starts at 4pm and ends at 12pm. The hourly wage is A$36.80.
- Night shift: starts at 12pm and ends at 8am. The hourly wage is A$41.60.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual
Pay: $35.00 per hour
