We are now seeking a **Digital Marketing Specialist** to help grow our online presence, attract new patients, and retain existing ones through strategic digital initiatives. - **Required Skills & Experience**:_
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience (healthcare or service-based industries preferred).
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong grasp of SEO strategies, especially local SEO for service-based businesses.
- Understanding of Australian healthcare marketing regulations (AHPRA guidelines) is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with an eye for healthcare-appropriate messaging.

**SEO & Local Search Optimization**:

- Perform keyword research with a focus on healthcare-related search terms in Sydney and surrounding areas.
- Optimise website content, blog articles, and landing pages for SEO.
- Improve local SEO performance via Google Business Profile and local directories (e.g., Healthshare, HotDoc, Whitecoat).

**Google Ads & Meta Ads Management**:

- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display) tailored for healthcare services.
- Run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads to promote clinic services, awareness campaigns, and local community engagement.
- Monitor ad performance, adjust budgets, and A/B test creatives to maximize ROI.

**Patient Journey Funnels (preferred)**:

- Build and manage lead funnels for online bookings, patient inquiries, and appointment follow-ups.

**Content Marketing**:

- Collaborate with clinicians to develop health-related blog content, service pages, and video scripts.
- Manage social media presence with educational, seasonal, and promotional content.

**Tracking & Reporting**:

- Set up conversion tracking via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
- Report monthly on website traffic, ad performance, SEO rankings, and lead conversions.
