We’re seeking reliable and motivated **Groundskeepers** to join our **Social Enterprises** team at **Keystone Community Services**. Perfect for individuals looking to gain experience and contribute to a friendly and supportive work environment.

**_Location: Keystone Community Services, Woodridge - QLD_**
**_Multiple Casual Positions - 1 shift, 3 hours per week _**
**_$23.46 per hour + Super + Salary Packaging + Employee Assistance Program_**

**About The Role**:
You’ll support the maintenance of gardens and outdoor spaces, helping keep our community clean, safe, and welcoming. This is a great opportunity for participants with **NDIS Supports in Employment** who enjoy hands-on outdoor work.

**What You’ll Do**
- Mow lawns, trim plants, water gardens, and keep grounds tidy
- Use gardening tools, machinery, and safety gear responsibly
- Report hazards or issues to help keep the team safe
- Work with others and follow clear instructions from your supervisor
- Help with stock checks and maintaining equipment
- Engage respectfully with fellow team members, residents, and visitors

**About You**
- Enjoy working outside and with your hands
- Want to learn new skills and take pride in your work
- Reliable, respectful, and safety-conscious
- Comfortable following guidance and working with a team
- Must have **NDIS Supports in Employment** or **flexible core supports** included in your NDIS Plan.
- Must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current **NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card, and Police Check**
