- Through your studies, you found that you had a passion for working with financial information and are eager to see where you can take your career in this avenue. You’re enthusiastic about gaining practical experience in mortgage brokering.
- You appreciate the importance of fostering genuine connections with customers, and the prospect of being part of the emotional journey as they purchase their first home excites you.
- When it comes to attention to detail, your ability to spot a decimal point or number out of place is unmatched. You’re desire to see things balance at the end of the day is what motivates you.

**About the role**:
Supported by the Head Finance Broker, your day-to-day will look like:

- Support the daily operations of the office, including opening/closing the office, answering phones and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate post-settlement activities such as the pricing and production of anniversary letters, managing product switch and loan maintenance forms, and handling discharge forms.
- Maintain accurate records by ensuring Outlook and Broker Engine are updated with all customer data regularly.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests as soon as they enter and offering tea/coffee as required.

At UME, you'll have the opportunity to undergo training and pursue courses in administration and finance.

**Selection Criteria**:
To be shortlisted for this opportunity, you will have the following:

- An interest in and willingness to learn about the finance and mortgage broking industry
- Experience in customer service
