Established in 1993, PYBAR, a Metarock Company, has grown to become one of Australia's largest underground hard rock mining contractors operating in multiple states of Australia with a track record in securing repeat business.

Come and break the ground with us at our newly awarded Maxwell project as we complete the access works and portals for what will be at project completion the new Maxwell mine, based in Muswellbrook, NSW. The works scope has a 12-month schedule and work beyond this is available on NSW & QLD projects.

**About the Opportunity**:
Setting up our operations with strong leadership from contract inception is critical to our business. Our leaders are hands-on with sharp operational acumen that complement their strategic thinking and belief that our people are the foundation of our success. Our Underground Coal Deputies will need to walk the talk and visibly demonstrate the behaviours that reflect our PYBAR culture - Safety, Service, Respect and Results.

**About the Role / Person**:
We’re seeking four (4) Underground Coal Deputies that are exemplary leaders, have the drive and motivation to carry out their statutory responsibilities in line with the relevant legislation to highest standard and; go above and beyond to ensure our crews go home safely after each shift.

**Underground Deputy applicants will require**:
Shotfirer Licence;
NSW Deputy Certification & Practicing Certificate;
Training transcripts and/or qualifications & tickets;
Hold or be willing to obtain a current National Police Clearance;
Valid & current manual driver’s licence.
