We are looking for a passionate horticulturalist to join our garden maintenance team as a maintenance gardener. This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your career and work in some of Adelaide's most beautiful residential gardens.

**About the Role**:

- We're in search of a seasoned horticultural expert to oversee the maintenance of exquisite residential gardens to an exceptional standard.
- Duties will include various general garden maintenance tasks like mowing, weeding, mulching, hedging, irrigation repairs, and identifying and controlling pests and diseases.
- Access to a work Ute equipped with brand-new gardening tools will be provided.
- This is a casual position, Tuesday through to Thursday, with occasional landscaping responsibilities between client visits.

About You:

- Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks and Gardens
- Prior experience in the same or a similar role with demonstrated knowledge in ALL areas of gardening (including plant knowledge)
- Experience in residential garden maintenance
- Pest and disease and irrigation knowledge is essential
- Valid driver’s license with manual driving capability (comfortable towing a trailer)
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, fostering a supportive team dynamic
- Collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork and contributing to a positive company culture
- Punctual and reliable, with friendly communication skills
