About the role:
Reporting to the Chief People Officer and part of the Senior People & Culture team, the purpose of the Organisational Development (OD) Manager is to provide strategic advice and drive learning and organisational development initiatives that will support Nando’s to become ANZ’s most loved restaurant brand, sharing the spirit of PERi-PERi with everyone.

Key responsibilities:
Leading a team of three, the OD Manager will be accountable for:
- Design and developing a range of Learning & Organisational Design strategies guided by operational plans including (but not limited to):
- Culture and engagement strategies-
- Talent Management-
- Leadership and management development-
- Learning and development curriculum-
- Change management-
- Strengthen leadership and management capability, talent management and succession planning with a focus on restaurant leadership- Develop, deliver and embed an ANZ-wide leadership program and manage the design and development of talent development programs and initiatives to foster the growth and retention of identified talent across all levels of the organisation- Develop, deliver and embed a cultural change program to drive a high performance/high relationship culture- Create and facilitate workshops, training and team development in line with organisational development priorities and needs- Support the implementation and management of an organisation wide lifecycle of development and learning activities- Team leadership to support individual and team goals, helping Nandocas be their best in a fast-paced and humanistic environment

Who are we looking for?- Tertiary qualification in human resources, organisational development, psychology or relevant discipline- Experience in leading and developing organisational development strategies and initiatives across a medium to large multi-site organisation-
- Knowledge of contemporary L&D design practices and learning principles, culture, change management and driving engagement- Experience in strengthening potential talent and management and leadership frameworks and tools- Retail and/or hospitality experience an advantage
