**Job Description**:
We have a newly created opportunity for a **Service Delivery Head** to join our Group IT Infrastructure and Applications Services team.

As **Service Delivery Head**, you will lead a national team of Service Delivery Managers, where you will work closely with a broad range of internal business stakeholders to meet their business IT infrastructure needs.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Work with business to understand Service expectation/ feedback and work with respective IT Teams to align the same.
- Own Regional Infrastructure & Field Services function (in case of Infrastructure). Own set of Business Applications or services (in case of Applications Services).
- Manage formal Governance meetings with respective Business: Region / BU and major IT counterparts.
- Engage with and manage outputs from multiple vendors and partners in a Global Delivery model.
- Proactively engage with senior business and IT stakeholders (at Executive General Manager, General Manager, Head Of levels) as a leader in the region accountable for overall service delivery.
- Manage engagement with business leaders to understand associated business technology demands and requirements, and facilitate fulfilment through delivery channels.

**About you**

**To ensure your success you will possess**:

- 15+ years’ experience managing IT Infrastructure Services in global environment
- Experience running infrastructure and platform services in a public cloud platform and / or on-premise including end user services
- Extensive knowledge of hardware, software’s and tools
- Experience with desktop and server operating systems, including Windows & MacOS
- Proven track record of developing and providing SLAs and Service Desk deliverables
- Demonstrated experience in the management of a technical support/service delivery team
- Strong networking skills with a deep understand of TCP/IP, VLAN’s, DNS and load balancing.
- Experience with configuration management automation and monitoring tools
- Post-graduate qualifications in a computing and/or business discipline and extensive relevant experience
- ITIL Certification with extensive management experience and proven management expertise
