**The opportunity**
We are seeking a Admin/Account Receivable Officer to join our team.

**We will consider no experience as we are happy to train the right person and will consider school hours.**

The role will encompass the following duties;
- Daily Cash receipting
- Activating new clients and performing credit checks on prospective clients
- Processing of manual invoices and credit notes
- Preparing system generated invoices for distribution to clients
- Responding to client general account queries
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and key stakeholders within the Group
- Additional ad hoc duties as required

**What you will need**
- Intermediate excel skills highly regarded
- Outstanding communication skills and a passion for problem solving
- Strong time management skills and demonstrated history of meeting deadlines
- A positive attitude, self-starter and someone who enjoys working in a supportive team environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise whilst building positive internal and external relationships
