**The opportunity**

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and Streetwear savvy Retail 3IC Assistant Store Manager to join the Culture Kings team at our **Sydney CBD** store location.

This is the pinnacle retail role, where you will be at the forefront of street fashion, not just following fashion trends but setting them.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fashion retail management role
- Exceptional selling skills with a strong understanding of customer service, we don't just sell, we create long-lasting experiences
- Ability to meet & drive Sales & KPI's
- Operationally excellent and experienced with stock control and visual merchandising
- A natural ability to influence, coach and develop the team at an individual level
- An adaptable attitude to an ever-changing and growing retail environment
