**About the role**
Join our finance team at Global Payments Oceania, where you will play a key role in maintaining and administering our commercial incentives system and supporting various financial reporting and analytical needs. We are a high-growth, fast-paced company committed to excellence and driven by strong values.
As a Junior Finance Analyst, you will:
- Manage and administer the business' commercial incentives system, including preparation and submission of monthly incentive calculations;
- Support the timely preparation and delivery of management reports for the finance function, leadership team, and Global Payments parent entity;
- Undertake analysis and modelling to support decision-making and operational reporting requirements;
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT, Product, and Operations to provide administrative and analytical support;
- Provide ad hoc support to the finance team and broader business as needed.
**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will be a self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will thrive in an entrepreneurial, high-growth, fast-paced, and value-driven environment.
You will also bring:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and comfortable working with various software packages;
- Effective task execution and ability to manage competing priorities;
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and inform stakeholders;
- Proven ability to prioritise workload in a dynamic environment;
- Inquisitive and driven nature with a desire to work with multiple data sources;
- Systematic approach to regular tasks and deliverables;
- Degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Management, or similar.
