**Property Services Delivery Team Member**

Location - Hoppers Crossing, VIC
Casual Position - Immediate Start Available

**About the Role**

We are a growing service-based business operating across three conveniently located warehouses in the Wyndham area. We’re on the lookout for hands-on, reliable, and physically fit **Property Services Delivery Team Member** to join our friendly and collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, blending warehouse work with on-site support at properties.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Interior and exterior property cleaning
- Window cleaning (internal and external)
- Pressure washing / power washing
- Lawn mowing and light gardening
- Minor handyman tasks and general upkeep
- Pick, pack, and prepare stock for projects
- Assist in coordinating stock for couriers and movers
- Load vans with tubs, boxes, props, and furniture for project delivery
- Assist with on-site pack down at the end of each project
- Transport items back to the warehouse and ensure efficient unloading
- Unpack returned stock and re-organise it in the warehouse
- Maintain tidy, well-organised, and rubbish-free warehouse spaces
- Work across multiple warehouse sites as required
- Follow direction from the Operations Manager or team leads

**What We Are Looking For**
- Physically fit and capable of handling bulky or heavy items
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organised
- Demonstrates safe work behaviours at all times
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Must have full Australian working rights

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
