**About us**:Dr Lou Waldie set up Tooth Dental in 2015, with the intention of creating a place that was fun and nurturing for both patients and team members. The practice has grown to include 4 other wonderful dentists. We are in an exciting period of expansion with the addition of 3 more dental chairs and a brand new practice We are part of the wonderful community of Ashgrove, a leafy inner-city suburb with gorgeous schools, sports clubs and cafes. We are passionate about education, and communication. We work with cutting edge technology and have a great time doing what we love, with people we adore

**About the role**:We are offering a permanent part-time position (Dental Receptionist) Working 4 days per week. Remuneration will be negotiated depending on your qualification and work place performance.

**Skills and Experience (preferred but not essential)**:
Willingness to adapt to and learn new procedures, protocols and be open minded to feedback
Excellent communication, empathy and patient care skills
Reception experience would be an advantage
Exact software experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
Must be able to work independently and well within a team environment.
A good sense of humour

**Perks**:You will join a supportive team of dentists, assistants and OHT. We have essentially no staff turnover, most of the team have been here since the early days of the practice. We have a lot of fun together, laughter can often be heard within the practice. It’s cheesy to say, but we have the best patients Since our current patient base are total legends, they generally have legends for family and friends and word of mouth is the main source of new patients (and the ultimate compliment)We pay above award wage, and remuneration reflects performance. We are very supportive of further education and self-improvement. Everyone here has an eye on the next course they want to sign up for We do regular team training to keep us aligned Volunteering - we run annual “rescue days” to give back to the community. We treat a range of patients who would not otherwise be able to access care (homeless, refugees, etc.) and it is such a rewarding day.

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
