**The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity to join our highly driven Merchandising team as a full-time Planogram Coordinator Reporting to the Group Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Reviewing sales analysis and space performance of categories to create efficiently optimised planograms to maximise sales and profit
- Managing operational space change requests and planogram maintenance
- Working with key stakeholders to ensure range commitments fit space allocation
- Gather and share insights to support opportunities for space planning improvements
- Maintaining internal product and fixture databases

**About You**

With an enthusiastic attitude and proven retail experience, you also have creative flair, an eye for detail and a general knowledge of visual merchandising. Your skills include:

- Demonstrated experience as a space planner with planogram management
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised, able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to interpret and draw insights from data, providing recommendations on space
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications (desirable but not essential)
- Developed skills in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred, but not essential)
