**About the Role**
As a Belt Splicer at Rubberline, your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing hot and cold splicing on various types of conveyor belts (fabric, steel cord, etc.)
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining conveyor belts across different sites
- Following all safety procedures and site-specific requirements
- Accurately completing job reports and documentation
**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience as a belt splicer or conveyor technician
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of belt handling, vulcanising, and joining techniques
- A positive attitude and commitment to safety and teamwork
**Desirable (but not essential)**
- Relevant trade or technical certifications
- White Card, or other industry-related tickets
