**_ This is a Full-Time opportunity is based at our Doncaster store and involves working 38 hours across 5 days per week._**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Inspire and motivate the team to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values and commitment to excellence.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure top-notch service.
- Work closely with management to implement effective sales strategies and promotional initiatives.
- Uphold store standards and create a welcoming environment for all customers.
