**The Company**
Our client is a leading listed Australian business, providing a wide range of products and services to various industries.

**The Role**
The Executive Assistant will provide executive level administrative support to the 2-3 Senior Managers and to the broader team as appropriate.
Responsibilities include diary management, travel booking, liaison with other executives and stakeholders and dealing with confidential and complex information/tasks as appropriate to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Key responsibilities:

- Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management
- Ensuring reports and business papers and correspondence are dealt with efficiently and promptly.
- Obtaining and preparing information for use in presentations, Board meetings, conferences, and reports.
- Coordinate Board reporting, working to corporate timetable, issuing of notifications, collating information

**Skills & Experience**
- At least 5 years experience in similar Executive Assistant role, supporting more than one Senior Manager
- Experience in a complex-structured business with multiple stakeholders and large teams
- Experience with managing Board Reporting
- Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet
- Fantastic communication both verbally and written
- You would be described as polished, personable and professional
