**Description**:
**Your main responsibilities will include**:
Assisting customers with their purchases and always providing exceptional customer service.
Operating cash registers and handling financial transactions accurately.
Processing payments using various modes of tender including cash, credit cards, and digital wallets.
Issuing receipts, refunds, and exchanges to customers as required.
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the cashier area.
Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
**Skills and Experiences**:
Proven experience in a similar role
Proficiency using the Microsoft office suite
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills,
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience resolving customer complaints/quality customer service
Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
A commitment to upholding high standards of honesty, integrity, professionalism as well as a can-do attitude.
