Intelligence Support Officer

**About the role**: **Your duties will include**: - Assisting with the collection, collation, and evaluation of telecommunications and other external information to support intelligence gathering and investigative processes. - Maintaining accurate digital and manual records, ensuring system integrity, and handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion. - Developing and maintaining a sound working knowledge of the Telecommunications Act 1979 and related legislation. - Building effective relationships with stakeholders and providing reliable, well-informed advice. - Performing general office support duties as needed. **About You**: - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and contribute effectively within a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills - Confidence and experience in using a range of IT systems - The ability to multitask and adapt within a dynamic, fast-paced operational setting **Further Information**: - One (1) x full-time, ongoing position available. - If the position/s is part time, the salary plus superannuation will be pro rata - This position is located at Victoria Police Centre, 311 Spencer Street, Docklands. - The successful applicant will be required to undergo National Security Vetting, achieve and maintain a security classification as determined by the Department Head. To achieve this, applicants must be an Australian Citizen.
