**Our Client**

Our client is a leading Sydney property builder / developer who has delivered several acclaimed apartment projects. Due to growth across all of their divisions, their Marketing team is expanding.

**Duties**

Working as part of an 8+ Marketing team and reporting to the Communications & Content Manager you will work closely with the marketing team and PR consultant to optimise content for the company - spending approx. 50% of your time in office and 50% onsite or at events to create content
- Champion social media content (sourcing, writing, posting and reporting on)
- Manage and respond to communities
- Liaise with external service providers: Digital agency for SEO planning and PR agency on content and events
- Attend project, event & community events to liaise with media
- Develop marketing communication plans to increase brand awareness
- Maintain a favourable public image of the brand, and draw in more clients/customers/users

**Specific requirements**
- Degree or Diploma in public relations, communications, social media or similar
- Demonstrated experience creating and implementing effective social media and communications strategies for business purposes
- Knowledge of public relations, social media marketing, influencer marketing, branding, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising
- Videography / photography / creative design skills highly desirable
- Drivers license and access to a car
- Be able to provide a portfolio of work completed prior to interviewing
