**In-House Digital Designer**

We’re seeking a talented Digital Designer to join our creative team. Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll collaborate with the Graphic Designer and Content Team to create cohesive, visually compelling designs across all digital platforms, ensuring a globally resonant and captivating aesthetic that aligns with our global vision. This role balances conceptual creativity with detailed execution, designing content that communicates our brand, treatments, and products effectively. As a digital thought leader, you’ll stay ahead of industry trends, bringing innovative ideas to drive brand growth and engagement. **What You’ll Do**

**Collaboration & Creative Development**
- Partner with the Creative Director, Graphic Designer, Content Producer, and cross-functional teams to develop creative ideas for multiple projects.
- Present work directly to key partners, taking ownership of feedback and providing innovative solutions.
- React positively to feedback, demonstrating a strong desire for learning and improvement.

**Brand Consistency & Standards**
- Maintain brand guidelines and design standards, ensuring all deliverables reflect the brand’s visual identity and messaging.
- Ensure and elevate brand aesthetics across all touchpoints, including domestic and international markets.
- Adhere to brand guidelines, visual identity, and best practices for web and mobile.

**Adaptability & Industry Awareness**
- Stay up-to-date with digital media and industry trends, adapting to the evolving technology landscape.
- Be adaptable to changes in project direction, priorities, and deadlines.

**We’d Feel WOW if You Have**:

- B.A. or B.F.A. in Graphic Design or equivalent.
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in beauty industry.
- Portfolio showcasing strong design intuition, with skills in typography & composition.
- Expert in design software such as Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects etc.) and other relevant tools.
- Expert collaborator and natural adapter to changing project landscapes.
- Leverage a digital and mobile-first mindset in design.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design and vision.
- Ability to create simple animation.
- Ability to work calmly through a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong sense of ownership of projects.
- A strong sense of collaboration.
