**THE ROLE**

Nobu is world renowned, and dazzles guests with creative flavours from contemporary menus showcasing Japanese cooking, superb cocktails, sake, & wine.

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated leader to join the Nobu team as the Food and Beverage Supervisor. In this position you will be responsible for assisting with the day to day running of the outlet by providing hands on support to the entire front of house team.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous leadership experience in a premium dining environment, Asian/Japanese cuisine is desirable
- Passion for the hospitality industry
- Ability to coach and train team members effectively on Standard Operating Procedures
- Proficiency to handle guest complaints and improve service
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster
- Strong product knowledge and intermediate stakeholder management skills
