**The Role**:
Our client is a tier 1 construction company with strong company values.

**A opportunity is available for a Safety Business Partner to join the team on an initial 6 month contract.**

Working across multi-sites and reporting to the Plant Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Coach, Mentor and support the business units focusing on a strong and engaged safety function
- Identifying areas for opportunity and education that would reduce the risk of injury
- Facilitate incident investigations, hazard identifications and risk assessments
- Conduct audits of business processes that are associated
- Maintaining records in accordance

**Your Background**:

- 3 Years minimum experience in a similar role
- Experience conducting risk assessments & risk investigations
- Compliance for safety
- Ability to work autonomously and have resilience
- Strong communication, listening and interaction skills
