**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Lead Agriculture Technician in developing and implementing new methods of planting, fertilizing, and harvesting.
- Monitor crops daily, noting any environmental or pest-related concerns, and communicate findings promptly.
- Help maintain quality standards through produce analysis and by following established best practices.
- Collaborate with the Lead Agriculture Technician to execute seasonal planting plans and crop rotation schedules.
- Contribute to problem-solving by identifying insects, weeds, and other factors impacting plant health.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing crop yields and business efficiency.

**Essential Requirements**
- Full Australian working rights
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in an Agricultural Technician or similar hands-on horticultural role (or a relevant equivalent qualification)
- Forklift ticket and First Aid Certificate
- Certificate III in Production Horticulture (or equivalent)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Pay: $73,130.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
