Production Supervisor

We are a local but busy automotive parts repairer and supply re-built headlights to the auto repair trade. We are looking for a dynamic capable person to manage a team of repair specialists and ensuring quality standards are maintained.
The company has been operating for over 30 years and prides itself on the quality of our work. Our customers include repairers and insurance companies
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the repair team
**Main Duties**
- Overseeing the receipt and job allocation of all goods into the workshop
- Directing, motivating and supporting the production team to meet deadlines
- Quality inspection and preparing all finished jobs for despatch
- Ensuring a clean and safe workshop is maintained
**Key Requirements**
- Attention to detail
- Ability to motivate, engage, lead and mange a team
- Well organised with good time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and able to maintain a harmonious work
This role would suit someone who is prepared to be hands on and who is able to remain calm whilst multi-tasking. Ideally the applicant will have at least an interest in cars, and will have some experience in managing a team.
The role is based in Mulgrave and you must have right to work in Australia
Two years of relevant experience is required.
Relevant qualification is preferred but not required.
**Salary**: $62,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

- Mulgrave, VIC 3170: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
