Inspired by urban surf, with over 40 stores in Australia We curate the best brands, teams and spaces - — and now we’re on the hunt for the right person to be our **Retail Buyer/Allocator - Accessories & Footwear**.

**About the role...**
Based at our Torquay Head Office, this is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and commercially minded retail expert to join the Ozmosis buying team. You’ll support the Senior Buyer in managing product selection, inventory flow, and store allocations across our **Accessories and Footwear** categories.

The responsibilities of this role include:

- Supporting the buying process for each product category and placing seasonal and replenishment orders.
- Analysing performance data to optimise stock levels, sell-throughs and margins.
- Allocating inventory to stores based on sales forecasts, space, and customer profile.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to keep our product mix fresh and relevant.
- Collaborating with Visual Merchandising to ensure in-store execution of key campaigns.
- Working cross-functionally with Store Operations, Planning, Inventory, and Customer Service teams.
- Attending product knowledge sessions, supplier range showings and regular store visits.
