We are looking for tutors to work every THURSDAY with students from Years 1 - 5 in both Maths & English.

**The Role**:
We are currently looking for casual, in-person only, Maths & English tutors available at our Doncaster centre **every** **THURSDAY from 3.45 pm to 7.15pm** (may have opportunities to expand hours later on) during the school term. This job is suitable for current university students, but Year 12 students may be considered based on merits, though pay is age dependent.
- Have an interest and willingness to engage with students and adapt to their needs.
- Be able to handle around 4 students at one time including marking, feedback and explaining work.
- Is consistently reliable and responsible for their work.
- Excellent academic history both in high school and university.
- Prior experience with education and private or group tutoring.
- Prior successful experience in taking or teaching for scholarship & selective entry tests.
- Strong preference for trainee teachers and teaching degrees.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
