Yard Supervisor

Our client has over 80 years’ experience in the building and concrete industry. They manufacture a wide range of precast and prestressed products from boat ramps, pilings, and barrier wall panels. Right now, our client requires an experienced **Supervisor** to join their team on the Southside of Brisbane in Seventeen Mile Rocks.

**The Work**:
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor in precast concrete or construction, to assist with supervising the manufacturing process and yard, site maintenance and enforcing all workplace health and safety policies and practices. Other duties will include, not limited to:

- Administration duties - including ordering of materials for daily production and end of month stock take.
- Efficient plant & worker management
- Supervise, delegate, and motivate crew members.
- Conduct pre-starts/toolboxes.
- The ability to accurately interpret drawings and specifications.
- Report to Operations Manager & Production Manager

**About you**:

- Precast concrete or construction supervising experience - **Essential**.
- White Card - **Essential**:

- High Risk forklift ticket - **Essential**:

- Reliable vehicle and driver’s license
- Ability to read drawings and do calculations.
- Concrete product manufacturing experience - desirable
- Reliability and dedication to the work.
