The Role _**

At Infin8 care, the role of a Lifestyle Coordinator is highly visible and plays a key role in meeting our residents’ daily needs.

As a member of facility leadership team, the Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for a team of Lifestyle Assistants who work closely with members of the clinical, administration, allied health, volunteer, and hospitality teams to encourage and enable individual residents to remain independent and to participate in a wide variety of meaningful activities that supports their needs, wishes and interest, while promoting their quality of life

The ability to “think on your feet”, communicate, with, build rapport and maintain professional relationships with residents and lead others is essential, as is the desire to making the most of the personal and professional development opportunities we offer.

**_ About You_**

At Infin8care, we hire on attitude and aptitude, so you **DO NOT** need experience in the aged care sector, you do however need to be aligned with our philosophy and values have strong communication skills, be computer literate and a commitment to resident wellbeing as well as the following,
- A Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or Diversional Therapy
- A willingness to work across a rotating roster that includes weekends
- A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or have the ability to get one)
- An immunisation record of COVID-19 Vaccine
