**The Role**:
The Geochemistry Division at Canning Vale - WA is seeking a motivated
**Client Services Officer** to join our successful Client Services team.

The ALS Client Services team work closely with our clients providing quality service in the form of technical and analytical advice and facilitating project delivery through effective communication and project management.

**The Day-to-Day**:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Developing and maintaining high-quality relationships with new and existing clients
- Facilitating the resolution of client queries in a timely and professional manner
- Managing key accounts to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Seamlessly guiding new clients through the onboarding process

**About You**
Mandatory prerequisites:

- Bachelor of Science (Chemistry/Geology/Environmental or equivalent)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service focus with proven management of client outcomes
- Professional phone manner
- Professional and proactive attitude
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast past work environment
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Experience in servicing client needs in a technical field
- Experience in Minerals laboratories preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Teams
