Bartender and Waiting Staff

Little Pearl Bar & Dining is looking for some experienced bartenders and waitstaff to join the team at one of Manly's most iconic venues.

Little Pearl is a casual bar & restaurant offering hawker-style shared plates, bold cocktails, easy-drinking wines, and prime ocean views of Manly Beach. We have 3 functions spaces available and fun weekly events to keep the locals coming back

**What you'll bring to the table**:

- Holds a valid RSA
- Previous cocktail experience (bartending positions)
- Previous section waiter experience (waitstaff positions)
- Thrives under pressure
- Great prioritization skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
- Maintain and exceed overall minimum standards
- Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are met
- Ability to work a rotating roster, including Friday and Saturday nights

**Salary**: $28.46 - $56.93 per hour
