**The Role**
- Fulfilling ongoing opportunities within the organisation
- Managing job openings & opportunities across relevant job boards
- Interviewing both in-person & online
- Utilising a broad range of recruitment channels, tools & strategies
- Being an active member on all company social & recruitment platforms
- Having a solid knowledge of each job role & their requirements
- Managing & responding to external queries
- Curating, managing & building an internal talent pool
- Managing recruitment activities such as recruitment events, open days, expos
- Liaising with Connect2Care staff members to discuss job availabilities, roles, etc.
- Building & managing relationships with external agencies
- Reporting on weekly activity
