australia sydney permanent au$90 - au$150 per annum + + super + commissionOur financial advisory client specialising in SMSF is in the process of an M&A to build out their Financial Planning offering and is looking for a Financial Planner to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent growth opportunity with succession plans in place and a desk of warm leads to start off with.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments for clients, including analysing assets, liabilities, cash flow, and risk tolerance.
- Develop personalized financial plans that align with clients’ goals, objectives, and risk profiles.
- Provide expert advice on investment strategies, retirement planning, tax optimization, estate planning, and other financial matters.
- Monitor clients’ financial progress and adjust plans as needed to accommodate changing circumstances or market conditions.
- Educate clients on financial concepts, investment options, and regulatory requirements to empower them to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as attorneys, accountants, and insurance agents, to coordinate holistic financial solutions for clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (Master’s degree or CFP certification preferred).
- Financial Planning certification
- 4+ years experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and fiduciary responsibilities.
