Evolutionary Tutors is a private tutoring agency that operates in Sydney and Melbourne. We offer **one-to-one in-person and online tuition** for high school and HSC students in the comfort of their own home or local library. Our aim is to provide **high-quality, personalised tuition** to help students **gain confidence** and **realise their potential**.
Our private tutoring service is simple yet effective. We match students with a suitable tutor from our team within 24-hours and provide private tutoring with no lock-in contracts. Parents and students enjoy 24/7 support and automated payments through our learning portal.
Last year, our team of **90+ tutors helped over 230 students **achieve their desired academic results. This year, we're aiming to do even better and looking for enthusiastic and passionate tutors to help us with this.
Our tutors receive an industry-leading wage of **$35 per hour** with no hidden 'trainee' time as well as a variety of attractive bonuses for our top-performing tutors. Additionally, you won't have to worry about marketing yourself to find new students, or handling payments every week - we've got you covered
By joining us, you would have full autonomy over when and where you want to work. We provide a **comprehensive online tutor training program** that teaches tutors everything they need to know to succeed. Our tutor training is based on scientifically proven learning techniques supported by cognitive psychology.
Private tutoring is a rare opportunity for you to enter a mentoring role and demonstrate independence, leadership, and rapport-building - **fundamental attributes for future success in the new-age workforce**. Our tutoring lessons are tailored to the individual needs of each student. **Pre-requisite requirements**:
- Highly **responsive** and **reliable**.
- Exceptionally **organised**.
- Graduated from an **Australian high school** (unfortunately, we do not accept international students).
- **1-10+ hours per week availability**.
- Have a **driver's license** and access to a car (preferred, but not essential).
