Helping both big and small business to build and develop diverse and inclusive workplaces, this role will see you assisting jobseekers from all backgrounds, ages and abilities by supporting them into sustainable long term employment outcomes. This is driven by a shared desire to achieve the best outcomes they can for their jobseekers and employers.

As an Employer Engagement Consultant, you will have notable experience in a similar role and/or an aptitude for sales and customer service with a drive for success. Utilising your highly developed interpersonal skills and experience gained working with people you will enjoy partnering with employers to create employment opportunities for jobseekers.

At interview you will demonstrate a strong ability to drive new and existing business opportunities to generate leads which will see you truly excel in this unique business development role. Your exposure within a community services setting will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Some of your duties will include:

- Engage with local employers through various mediums
- Create networks and develop business/job opportunities for jobseekers
- Attend networking functions to positively promote the organisation as opportunities arise
- Identify opportunities for new business and continue to develop existing partnerships

Working collaboratively with your colleagues you will share a common goal of ensuring jobseekers are successful in obtaining ongoing employment. You're confident, persistent and possess inherent leadership and time management skills coupled with the ability to engage and build effective relationships quickly with stakeholders.
