**The Company**:
A creative activations and experience agency based in Sydney that has a team of 80 staff across their offices in Melbourne and Sydney, are looking for a Producer to join their team in Sydney. This agency is an award winning brand activation powerhouse and they are specialists in understanding the relationship between brand building and brand activation.

**The Role**:
The Producer role will report to the Head of Production and have direct reports from the junior producers. This role will also work closely with other departments and 3rd party partners.

Key Responsibilities include;
- Successful delivery of each event through excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Champion any new methods of production that allows the company to meet the budgets and timelines clients are working with.
- Understand required effort or investment on a per project basis to ensure each brief is being executed in the most appropriate/efficient way
- Working with the client on their brief and moving from conceptualisation through to project planning
- Delivery of all the activation and campaign logistics and managing of the project
- Client relationship management and communications
- Budget management and reporting
- Producing critical paths, timelines, run sheets, contracts
- Sourcing suppliers and handling contracts
- Management of all production elements for the project
- Experience as an Events Producer or Associate Producer with experience managing brand activations
- Exceptional client and supplier relationship management skills
- Experience working in production and understanding of build requirements
- Be highly motivated and results driven with exceptional organisational skills
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement experience
- Must love activation brands and creating exceptional experiences
- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, inspiring and results driven
- Be proactive and able to make decisions
- Sound budget management experience
- Sound judgement and decision making
- Strong collaboration skills
- Outstanding level of organisation and time management skills
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- A team player
- Broad knowledge of relevant suppliers
