**About You**:

- Have exceptional customer service skills
- Take pride in your personal style and presentation
- Have an interest in fashion and trends
- Have previous experience in retail or customer service preferable
- Passionate about activewear and customer service
- Flexible availability with some extended trading hour expectations
- Must be available for the peak period of Christmas, including nights, weekends, and public holidays with an understanding to “black-out” policies
- Strong retail experience and passionate about sales
- Willingness to travel between locations potentially within your region to assist with trading

**Your role as a Rockwear Christmas Casual**:

- Be passionate about customer service and delivering a memorable experience for our customers
- Are driven to exceed company set budgets and KPI's
- Assist in replenishment of stock levels
- Maintaining presentation of the store
- Work with urgency when completing the above tasks
- Willingness and dedication to work through peak trading times and fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability with some expectations to work through extended trading hours through holiday periods.
