We have exciting opportunities within our production team in Marsden Park for a Paints Team Leader. This is a hands-on role that will include the supervision of the team of Painters and Paint Preppers and supervise all aspects of the Bucher Municipal painting process including our range of refuse vehicles to ensure a quality outcome and the achievement of set targets.

**About the Role**:
Working as a part of team, you will be responsible for:

- Supervise the activities of the paint team
- Perform paint mixing and colour matching
- Responsible for all aspects of the paint process including chemicals, paint additives, viscosity, the drying, baking and curing processes
- Provide timely support information and assistance to customers
- Complete accurate and timely reporting
- Quality assurance responsibility & accountability

- Demonstrated ability to lead a team
