The Grounds of Alexandria in-house bakery supplies all of our venues as well as our wholesale customers.

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Cleaner/ Contractor to assist with late-night cleaning in our commercial bakery. The role requires **4-hour shifts**, **Monday to Thursday**, **10pm-1am.**

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, particularly within food industry kitchens.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high sanitation standards.
- **ABN and ability to work as an independent contractor preferred.**
- Reliable, physically fit, and capable of handling cleaning equipment effectively.

**Key Duties**:

- Deep cleaning of bakery floors, equipment, walls, and cool rooms.
- Ability to follow a set cleaning schedule
- Ensuring compliance with OH&S and Food Safety Standards.
- Managing waste disposal and maintaining clean, organised work areas.
