Terrigal Beach House is the Central Coasts premier venue and is a favourite for its food focus, its celebration of music and its continuous rotation of large scale events. We are seeking expressions of interest for Gaming Attendants to join our Terrigal Beach House. You'll have the opportunity to: - Create and set a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our gaming patron - Processing orders and payments whilst delivering accurate, friendly and efficient service - Prepare and serve drinks to high standards, and highlight promotions to guests - Look after your bar and your gaming room - keep it clean, tidy and safe. - Be ready to jump into other ad-hoc duties when your colleagues need your help - Always follow safety procedures - Fitness - you’ll be on your feet most of the day with lots of bending and kneeling - Strength - sometimes you’ll need to lift, push and pull big objects like barrels and crates up to 50lbs (23 kg) - Flexible - night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job - Experienced - you’ll have experience working in a bar or food service environment serving guests and preparing drinks - Compliant - you’ll hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol and fluent in the local language - Articulate - a great communicator, you’ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to - PASSIONATE - we want someone with a can do attitude, who loves our venue and isn't afraid of a challenge. -Someone who is personable and wants to meet new people and be part of our close knit family. - Qualifications - Current NSW RSA & RCG competency card (or willingness to obtain) and demonstrated experience in a customer service role is preferred - You must meet the legal right to work in Australia Join our extraordinary world of IHG and experience a place where you can be yourself, share your ideas, support your personal growth and wellbeing, and be a valued member of an inspirational team.
