Maxima's client, one of SEQ's local Council's is seeking an experienced crew leader to lead one of the Roads crews based at Arana Hills.

Enjoy a great work/ life balance by working a 9 day fortnight with a casual hourly pay of $32.35 + super.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and working within a small team
- Identify defects on Civil Infrastructure Assets and provide a suitable solution
- Identify and allocate relevant resourcing and materials required to undertake tasks
- Perform structural and operational maintenance on Civil Infrastructure Assets
- Develop and review plans and maintenance schedules and maintain associated records in a timely manner

**About You**:

- Certificate III in Civil Construction
- Current MR license or higher
- White card
- Previous experience in a Leading Hand role
- Previous experience in road construction and maintenance
- Physically fit and capable of working out in the heat
- Current clear National Police Clearance or willing to obtain
