About the role:
The Engagement Coordinator will play an important role within the Loyalty & Engagement team, assisting in implementing the customer engagement plan and goals. You will report to the Engagement Manager and be involved in crafting customer engagement messages and implementing loyalty strategies.

In addition to creating customer engagement messages, the Engagement Coordinator is responsible for executing these communications and ensuring they align with the overarching loyalty goals. Beyond that, they provide day-to-day support to the rest of the Loyalty & Engagement team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

What you’ll be doing:- Improve customer engagement paths.- Organize team meetings and planning sessions.- Manage the Loyalty budget by handling purchase orders and invoices.- Work with the Personalization team to ensure timely customer communications.- Assist in communication testing under the Engagement Manager's guidance.

About you:
- Previous digital marketing experience (particularly Adobe Campaign or other CRM)- Proven experience with Customer engagement activities and marketing.- Understanding of communications development, campaign management and implementation.- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Strong attention to detail
