Trio Automotive Group Queensland has a team of over 60 people across Queensland, some of whom have been working with the business for more than 15 years. Trio provides safe & reliable operations across QLD & is chasing motivated individuals to join our team with the opportunity to grow within the business as we expand our fleet & workshops across the state.
- **Your daily role may include**:_
- Policy development.
- Assist in the delivery of performance management.
- Enabling all employees to fulfil their responsibilities through coaching and guidance.
- Manage the employee lifecycle process including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
- Be the first point of contact for all HR queries, escalating matters to management as needed.
- Support in the development, implementation and maintenance of effective HR strategies and initiatives.

- Experience in a broad HR generalist capacity.
- Experience with performance and grievance matters.
- Well-developed relationship management, collaboration and consultation skills, and commitment to building and enhancing a positive, supportive working culture.
- Strong decision-making and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently, be responsive and deliver to agreed deadlines.
- Passionate about building strong relationship with internal clients, peers, team and working collaboratively to deliver impactful solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to contribute beyond own role to support others.
- Supportive, trustworthy, and constructive team player.
- Organisational skills that allow you to be process driven and the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload.
- A positive attitude, motivation and a self-starter mind set, using your initiative to progress tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail
- High proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
