**About the Role**

We are currently looking for a well rounded Office Administrator with a can do attitude. This varied role requires someone who can manage their work flow independently whilst being a keen communicator with in-house + external parties.

This position is based out of our office in Currumbin, on the Gold Coast and is a full-time with an immediate start.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2+ years previous experience in a similar role
- Contracts administration
- Estimating
- Collating and submitting progress claims
- Invoicing
- Responding to project and supplier inquiries
- Monitor budgets to ensure key targets are achieved

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail, accurate record collection, bookkeeping and updating skills
- Strong Customer service, communicating and reporting to management
- Ability to multitask operating various computer systems.
- Effectively communicate project information to ensure all parties (internal) are updated all aspects of the project
- Build strong relationships and communication channels with all stakeholders
