**How will I help?**

This role directly contributes to the Westpac Vision of Helping Australians Succeed with the principal purpose of this role being to provide our customers with an exceptional customer experience whilst fulfilling their requests.

You will work to ensure you remain focused on the delivery of quality output, following Westpac protocol, policies and procedures when completing functional activities by role modelling Westpac's values of Helpful, Ethical, Leading Change, Performing & Simple.

As a Westpac Institutional Banking Operations (WIBO) team member, you play an integral role in the development of a cohesive team environment and in building effective relationships with business partners across other teams in Group Operations and the wider Westpac Group

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Consistently strive to achieve and exceed our commitments to our customers
- Support the management of workflow to ensure we deliver customer outcomes at the agreed service level.
- Liaise with stakeholders
- Meet the department's set objectives including productivity, quality and giving customers a unique experience.
- Maintain high attention to detail and customer service standards.
- Champion the Westpac vision and values and deliver on promises.
- Effectively handle, escalate and follow-up customer queries, issues, and complaints, using judgement to resolve customer concerns on the spot
- Ensure all compliance requirements for the role are met.
- Ensure all internal and external product and role accreditation is complete
- Abide by our corporate responsibility by ensuring all dealings are ethical and compliant - both internally and externally.

**What do I need?**
- Banking / Finance knowledge.
- Experience with MS office such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Understanding Privacy and Risk compliance.
- Understanding of overall WBC processes, support systems, tools desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities by being well organised and having strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, written) and ability to influence.
- Communicate in a positive, pro-active approach to all duties that come your way.
- Ability to build & maintain key relationships with business partners
