Join our dynamic team as **Food & Beverage Manager**, where you'll oversee all F&B operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this leadership role requires hands-on operational management, strong financial acumen, and a passion for excellence in hospitality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead day-to-day food and beverage operations across the venue
- Manage and mentor kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and licensing regulations
- Drive customer satisfaction, service quality, and revenue growth
- Oversee budgeting, inventory control, and cost management
- Collaborate on event planning, menu development, and promotional strategies

**About You**:

- 5+ years’ experience in F&B leadership within high-volume venues
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven financial management, budgeting, and cost control experience
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
- RSA & Approved Manager certifications required
