Your impact
As an inhousing board member, you have an opportunity to make a difference by:
- Providing strategic-level oversight of our work, which aims to place our tenants at the heart of everything we do.
- Being part of an organisation with a deep commitment to strengthening community connections, and building quality, personalised, and sustainable homes.
- Shaping an inclusive organisation where our people feel inspired, valued and supported to learn, grow and contribute.
Your role
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from people with expertise in technology and/or property/construction.
Board member responsibilities include:
- Attending and actively contributing to board meetings (virtually and in person).
- Contributing to and reviewing organisation strategic plans and risk management.
- Ensuring that business decisions align with our values.
- Ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of our organisation.
- Overseeing the CEO and ensuring work is undertaken in a way that supports the board’s legal responsibilities.
How can you get involved?
Expressions of interest are sought from suitably qualified persons for voluntary board positions.
