You will be providing quality care and education to school-aged children while incorporating your ideas and expertise to create a fun-filled environment. You will have the ability to create respectful and long-lasting relationships with parents and carers, as well as your fellow educators. As the Second in Charge at Lakelands Fun Club, you will be responsible for ensuring the service complies with Big Fat Smile policies and procedures and all components of the National Quality Framework and Child Protection Legislation while working closely with your Director.

This is an opportunity for you to grow in a supportive and inclusive workplace. If you have prior experience as a support worker, SLSO, OOSH Educator/2IC, or engagement with school aged children, we would love to hear from you

- Diploma of Children's Services or related qualification (desirable)
- Meet all requirements for a Nominated Supervisor
