Waste Compact Driver

One of our clients, a local council within the Doncaster area, is looking for a Waste Compact Driver to join their passionate team.

This Job is a casual role, however it will be for 38 hours per week and could lead onto gaining full-time employment.

Your shift will be 6.30am - 3.00pm

Pay Rate: $35.00 Per Hour + Superannuation.

Starting: ASAP.

**You will Need**:
A good attitude.

MR license.

Be in good physical health.

Full training provided to those with a good attitude and willing to learn.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Ability to gain co-operation and assistance from members of the public and other employees in the delivery of assigned tasks.

**You will be**:
Operating the waste compactor for the collection of waste from litter at all reserves, facilities and maintained shopping precincts as specified.

Transporting the waste to the designated disposal facility.

Collecting dumped rubbish, litter and dead animals as required.

Assisting in Health and Local Laws Unit in clearing shop bins as required.

Washing and cleaning the waste compact truck in accordance with health regulations.

Cleaning and disinfecting bins monthly or when odours are offensive.

Please Note - a Police Check, WWCC and Covid Vaccination status will all need to be obtained upon placement.
