Aged Care Funding Liaison

**WELLINGTON PARK**:
Superior Care Group is seeking an Aged Care Funding Liaison to support the management team with the delivery of exceptional care to our 94 residents within our Wellington Point aged care service. The Aged Care Funding Liaison will report to the Centre Manager and Company Directors. This position is part time, 3 days per week.
- To oversee the aged care home’s relationship with AN-ACC assessors and ensure the home presents complete resident information to assessors which will achieve the best funding outcome. To identify opportunities for reassessment, review, or appeal of resident funding assessments.
- To identify training requirements for care staff in relation to record keeping which will improve funding outcomes. To estimate the AN-ACC classification for potential admissions and liaise with the Centre Manager to determine suitability for admission.
- To be involved during the resident admission process, to ensure key care requirements are being documented by staff.
